In a machine for extracorporeal blood treatment, a syringe pump (4) for infusion of an anticoagulant comprises a support (5) for the syringe, a pusher (6), a sensor of the pushing force of the pusher (6), and a control unit (8) for guiding the pusher (6) in accordance with the force measured by the sensor. The support comprises a series of interchangeable gripping elements (9), each of which defines a housing for a syringe having a different diameter, the housing having a longitudinal axis which, for all of the interchageable gripping elements in the series, is always in the same position in relation to the pusher. The invention provides a dialysis machine with a pump that is easily and rapidly adaptable for syringes over a wide range of sizes.Selon la présente invention, dans une machine pour un traitement de sang extracorporel, une pompe à seringue (4) destinée à l’infusion d’un anticoagulant comprend un support (5) pour la seringue, un poussoir (6), un capteur de la force de poussée du poussoir (6) et une unité de commande (8) destinée à guider le poussoir (6) conformément à la force mesurée par le capteur. Le support comprend une série d’éléments de prise interchangeables (9), dont chacun définit un logement pour une seringue ayant un diamètre différent, le logement présentant un axe longitudinal qui, pour tous les éléments de prise interchangeables en série, est toujours dans la même position par rapport au poussoir. L’invention propose une machine de dialyse avec une pompe qui est facilement et rapidement adaptable à des seringues sur une large gamme de tailles. [Fig. 4]
