The invention relates to a tattoo machine that works with removable cartridges. The tattoo machine comprises: disposed inside a housing, a drive for reciprocating a pusher； a removable cartridge connected at one end to said housing and containing a needle group which is connected to a separate pusher and is spring-loaded relative to the housing of the cartridge in a direction away from an outlet opening of the cartridge. Said cartridge is mounted in a chamber of an adapter that is fastened to the housing of the machine and receives the separate pusher of the cartridge such that said pusher is in contact with the pusher of the reciprocation drive. The pusher of the reciprocation drive is configured in the form of a rod accommodated inside a chamber of the housing of the machine and having a piston in the middle part, said piston having a check valve disposed therein for closing off communication between a chamber below the piston, in the direction of the pusher of the cartridge, and a chamber above the piston which communicates with the atmosphere, when the pusher of the reciprocation drive is travelling in the direction of movement of the needle group of the cartridge.L'invention concerne une machine de tatouage fonctionnant avec des cartouches amovibles.
