A 250 ml concentrated tea was produced from boiling 67.5 grams of chopped sour sop leaves and 22. 5 grams of chopped screw- pine leaves with 3 cups of water for 15 minutes. The concentrated tea was further boiled with 200 grams brown sugar to produce granular tea.
