PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus, and a medical image processing device and method, allowing easy acquisition of a specific value indicating properties of a subject.SOLUTION: This medical image diagnostic apparatus includes an image generation part and a display control part. The image generation part generates a subject image that is an image of the subject from medical image data, and generates a figure image that is an image of a figure having a different shape according to a property value of the subject indicated by the medical image data.
