To provide an apparatus for extracting a crop to easily extract a crop in a culture pipe without damaging the crop.
SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a pipe fixing bed 2 provided with pipe fixing means 3 to detachably fix the culture pipe 1 placed sideways and a pressurizing cylinder 5 provided with a connection port 5a fitting with an opening 1of a the culture pipe 1 fixed to the pipe fixing bed 2, a pressurizing cylinder supporting portion 4 placed at an end of the pipe fixing bed 2 in a manner to detachably support the pressurizing cylinder 5 to the culture pipe 1, and connection holding means 6 attached to the pipe fixing bed 2 in a manner to hold the culture pipe 1 connected to the pressurizing cylinder 5. A water-injection nozzle 15 and an air-injection nozzle 17 injecting pressurized water and air are passed through the pressurizing cylinder 5 from outside to the inner space and the crop in the culture pipe 1 is pushed out with pressurized air together with the soil wet with injected water.
