Hair cleansing conditioners which—relative to the weight of the total compositions—containa) from about 0.01 to about 10 wt. % of at least one polyether-modified polysiloxane,b) from about 0.01 to about 10 wt. % of at least one amino-functional silicone,c) from about 0.01 to about 15 wt. % of at least one hydrophobically-modified starch compound, anda) from about 0.10 to about 30 wt. % of at least one amphoteric tenside, are exemplified by an excellent cleansing and conditioning effect.More particularly, an optimal balance between a high conditioning effect and a feeling of clean hair is achieved.
