In the supporting structure (100) installed at the lower end of a post (1&prime) of a high position cultivating bed (1): a supporting pipe (20) is vertically installed in the center of a base plate (10) the base plate (10) includes spikes (11) in which corner portions thereof are bent downward not to generate slippage, and a hole (12) perforated in the center of the support (20) to be inserted into the supporting pipe (20) the supporting pipe (20) is formed in a pipe shape to be inserted into the lower end of the post (1&prime), and forms a lug (22) at a lower portion thereof for the hole (12) of the base plate (10) to be inserted and caught, so that the supporting pipe (20) and the base plate (10) are formed in one body without welding by caulking the lower end of the supporting pipe (20) protruding to the lower surface of the base plate (10) while the hole (12) of the base plate (10) is in close contact with the lug (22) by being inserted into the supporting pipe (20).
