A method for preparing mesocrystals by organic and organometallic compounds is disclosed, wherein an organic molecule is used as a main body and an excipient agent is used as an additive material to prepare different super saturation solutions. A conductivity meter measures the spontaneous crystallization process from the said different super saturation solutions to trace the relationship between concentration and time. Furthermore, it can acquire the mesocrystals, which grow up by biological initiation, have gradation and ordered arrangement, are capable of showing well-faceted nucleation and growing up mechanism, are capable of inducing different allomorphism, change the ratio of levorotation and dextrorotation, increases the dissolving velocity, and serve as a material in the formulation of medicine.一種有機及有機金屬化合物製備介晶質之方法,係利用一有機分子當主體,及一賦形劑當添加物製備出不同之超飽和溶液,並由一導電度計追蹤濃度和時間之關係以量測該不同之超飽和溶液其自發結晶之過程,進而以此獲得介晶質(Mesocrystals)以生物啟發之方式成長具有層次且排列整齊可顯現良好面向性(Well-Faceted)之成核與成長機制,可誘發其不同之同質異相並改變左右旋之比例,且能增加其溶解速率,進而可作為藥物之配方。
