PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning tool by which deformation of a core part of the cleaning tool can be prevented when a cleaning flexible part is molded by using an elastomer material, and thereby the occurrence of molding failure in the cleaning flexible part can be effectively prevented.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning tool includes a flexible part molding step in which a part of at least a core base part 12 in a plurality of base parts 10 is set in a plurality of second molding spaces 42 of second metal molds 40, 41, and while at least two positions in a longitudinal direction of the core body are held by at least two pairs of holding pins 50, 52 described below, an elastomer material is supplied to a plurality of cleaning flexible part molding sections 46 to form the flexible part.
