The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stent. In the stent manufacturing method, cells are formed by crossing wires while vertically bending and moving the wires such that the wires pass through protrusion pins that are positioned in a diagonal direction after starting from a starting point on one location point becoming any one standard, using a jig in which the protrusion pins are installed such that the protrusion pins are separately detachable from and attachable to all location points at which circumference split lines and length split lines cross, wherein the circumference split lines are set by dividing a circumference (W) and a length (L) of a cylindrical body having the same diameter (R) and length (L) as those of a stent manufactured in an equal spacing. The method for manufacturing a stent according to the present invention exhibits a method in which a first stent and a second stent are arranged as one stent, wherein the first stent is obtained by weaving the wires such that each of the wires is disposed on each of the length split lines in a state that intersections formed by intersecting the wires are spaced apart from each other in a diagonal direction, and wherein the second stent is obtained by weaving the wires to obtain structural stability and prevent distortion of the first stent. Therefore, a method for manufacturing a stent according to the present invention is capable of providing sufficient stress in the form of repulsive force correspondingly to force applied to both ends of the stent, by the movement and external force of a stenosis part after installing the stent on the stenosis part through forming the intersections on the length split lines one by one in the diagonal direction along a circumferential direction in the entire structure of the stent, thereby arranging a spiral arrangement structure.본 발명은 스텐트 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 제조되는 스텐트와 동일한 지름(R)과 길이(L)를 가지는 원통체의 원주(W)와 길이(L)를 등간격으로 분배하여 설정한 원주분할선과 길이분할선이 교차하는 모든 위치점에 각각 탈
