The hydroponic cultivation plate 2 comprises at least: a carrier supporter 21 having at least one carrier arranging hole 21a into which a carrier P on which plant is planted is fitted and surface coating material 22A made of light shielding material which covers the upper surface of the carrier supporter 21 so as to cover the upper surface of the carrier arranging hole 21a.
