PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device for easily grasping in which area of a part to be diagnosed an affected part is present in diagnosis of cerebral infarction.SOLUTION: The medical image display device includes: an image data extraction part for extracting three-dimensional image data of a part to be diagnosed a first image creation part which divides the part to be diagnosed into a plurality of regions and creates a first three-dimensional image three-dimensionally representing the respective regions a second image creation part for setting a threshold with respect to the three-dimensional image data of the part to be diagnosed and creating a second three-dimensional image for diagnosis on the basis of the threshold a setting part for calculating the degree of overlap of the second three-dimensional image data inside the plurality of divided regions of the first three-dimensional image and setting display conditions of the plurality of divided regions in accordance with the degree of overlap and a composition processing part for performing composition processing of the first three-dimensional image from the setting part and the second three-dimensional image from the second image creation part and displaying it to a display part.
