The present invention relates to a composition for coating an implant surface, which is coated on a surface of an implant to improve hydrophilicity, hemocompatibility and bone formation promotion, a method of manufacturing a dental implant, of which bio-compatibility and bio-suitability are improved by using the composition for coating an implant surface, and a dental implant manufactured through the same. The dental implant, on which the composition for coating an implant surface proposed in the present invention is coated, has improved surface hydrophilicity, hemocompatibility and bone-interface force and the formation of bone near the implanted implant is improved. In addition, the bio-compatibility and bio-suitability are greatly improved.본 발명은 임플란트 표면에 코팅되어, 임플란트 표면의 친수성, 혈액 친화성, 골 형성 촉진능을 향상시킬 수 있는 임플란트 표면 코팅용 조성물을 제공하고, 이를 사용하여 생체 친화성 및 생체 적합성이 향상된 치과용 임플란트의 제조방법과 이러한 방법으로 제조된 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 제시된 임플란트 코팅용 조성물이 코팅된 치과용 임플란트는 표면의 친수성, 혈액친화성 및 골-계면력이 향상되고, 임플란트가 식립된 주변부의 골 형성이 증가되는 장점이 있으며, 치과용 임플란트의 생체 친화성 또는 생체 적합성이 크게 향상되는 효과가 있다.
