CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a tangerine gel composition comprises: a step of mixing tangerine gel and purified water and pulverizing； and a step of mixing 100 parts by weight of pulverized tangerine gel, 0.1-5 parts by weight of tangerine essential oil, 0.1-50 parts by weight of a moisturizer, and 50-100 parts by weight of purified water. A method for preparing a microbial cellulose composition comprises: a step of mixing microbial cellulose and purified water and pulverizing； and a step of mixing the pulverized microbial cellulose, the tangerine essential oil, the moisturizer, and purified water.본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 감귤겔 조성물의 제조방법에 따르면, 감귤겔 조성물은 유독성이 없고 기존 세정제에 사용될 때 문제가 되었던 보습성이 강화되어 폼클렌징, 바디클렌저, 각질제거제 등에 사용되는 화장품 재료로 우수한 성능을 발휘할 수 있다.
