The present invention provides a transmission display method of vascular imaging including the steps of: projecting a light of specific wavelength by a light unit to an injection site capturing and receiving the light reflected from a blood vessel of the injection site by a photograph unit, and displaying a vascular imaging on a transmission screen corresponding to the injection site measuring an information by a measuring device a processing unit transforms and analyzes the light of capturing and receiving by the photograph unit, and the processing unit measures the information by the measuring device to adjust the size and the position of image, and export a vascular image to the transparent screen, so, it can be used for hospital. A vascular image of an injection site can overlap with an injection site by the transmission screen. The medical staff can observe the injection site and the image of the blood vessel to blood or inject so as to enhance convenience and accuracy of injection.本發明係提供一種血管顯像之穿透顯示方法,其步驟包含:藉由一光照單元投射特定波長之光線於一欲受針扎之部位;藉由一攝影單元拍攝接收由欲受針扎之部位之血管反射之光線,於至少一穿透式螢幕對應該欲受針扎之部位呈現該血管影像者;藉由一量測裝置量測一資訊;透過一處理單元轉換並解析由攝影單元拍攝接收血管反射之光線,該處理單元藉由該量測裝置量測之該資訊調整影像大小與位置,並對應輸出一血管影像於所述穿透式螢幕上;藉之,本發明係可應用於各醫療院所,以透過穿透式螢幕將欲針扎部位之血管影像重合於針扎部位,令醫護人員得以同時觀察到針扎部位及其血管之影像,藉可利於搜尋血管以進行抽血或注射,進而提升針扎時之便利性及準確性者。S001-S005‧‧‧步驟
