The present disclosure provides an optical scanning device for acquiring an image or performing a measurement of a material. The optical scanning device comprises an optical element arranged to receive electromagnetic radiation from the material when the optical element is positioned within the material. The electromagnetic radiation is used to form the image of the material. The optical scanning device further comprises a member supporting at least a portion of the optical element. The member is moveable between first and second configurations. The optical scanning device further comprises an actuator arranged to cause movement of the member between the first and second configurations. The optical scanning device is arranged such that movement of the member between the first and second configurations causes a translating movement of the at least a portion of the optical element.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de balayage optique pour lacquisition dune image ou la conduite dune mesure dun matériau. Le dispositif de balayage optique comprend un élément optique agencé pour recevoir un rayonnement électromagnétique depuis le matériau lorsque lélément optique est positionné à lintérieur du matériau.
