The system for deploying a medical implant, comprising a delivery catheter having a lumen extending therethrough； an elongate shaft disposed within the lumen of the delivery catheter； and an expandable implant including a proximal tubular portion and a distal tubular portion； wherein the distal tubular portion extends at least partially within an interior of the implant, wherein movement of the elongate shaft moves the distal tubular portion to deploy the medical implant.
