The system for deploying a medical implant, comprising a delivery catheter having a lumen extending therethrough； an elongate shaft disposed within the lumen of the delivery catheter； and an expandable implant including a proximal tubular portion and a distal tubular portion； wherein the distal tubular portion extends at least partially within an interior of the implant , wherein movement of the elongate shaft moves the distal tubular portion to deploy the medical implant.
