PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to prevent, ameliorate or treat at least one symptom of a cancer in an individual, to increase survival of an individual with cancer, and/or to induce a therapeutic immune response against one or more cancer antigens in the individual.SOLUTION: The method includes the step of administering to the individual: (a) a first immunotherapy composition comprising a recombinant vaccinia virus comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding at least one costimulatory molecule and a nucleic acid sequence encoding at least one cancer antigen or immunogenic domain thereof； and (b) a second immunotherapy composition comprising a yeast vehicle comprising at least one cancer antigen or immunogenic domain thereof, wherein the first and second immunotherapy compositions are administered concurrently to the individual.【課題】個体における癌の少なくとも１つの症状を予防、改善、もしくは治療すること、癌に罹患している個体の生存期間を延長させること、および、個体における１つ以上の癌抗原に対する治療的免疫応答を誘導することのうちの少なくともいずれか１つのための方法を提供する。【解決手段】上記方法は、個体に、（ａ）少なくとも１つの共刺激分子をコードする核酸配列と、少なくとも１つの癌抗原またはその免疫原性ドメインをコードする核酸配列とを含む組換えワクシニアウイルスを含む第１の免疫療法組成物；および（ｂ）少なくとも１つの癌抗原またはその免疫原性ドメインを含む酵母ビヒクルを含む第２の免疫療法組成物を投与するステップを含み、第１および第２の免疫療法組成物は個体に同時に投与される。【選択図】図６
