The first connecting body has a thin channel communicating with the first opening. The first connecting body is connected with the basic body in a first connection area. The first connection area has a first absorption zone that has a higher radiation absorption for electromagnetic waves in a predetermined wavelength range (λ) than portions of the basic body outside the first absorption zone (Z1).
