PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of stable scanning of a scan target with a simple configuration without requiring complicated control.SOLUTION: The optical scanner includes an optical fiber 11, a holding part 29 which holds an emission end part 11a of the optical fiber 11 so as to allow the emission end part 11a to oscillate, and driving parts (28a to 28d) which oscillate the emission end part 11a.
