PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact noodle shaping machine for shaping thin and uniform noodle shape using sufficiently matured dough.SOLUTION: A vibratory feeder 4 transfers a dough 11a placed on a transfer surface 42a while giving vibration thereto, and let the dough fall downwardly. A pair of rollers 61 are provided below a downstream edge of the transfer surface 42a. In the vicinity of the transfer surface 42a, a hydrostatic pressure cylinder 5 having an expansible plate 5a is provided. The dough 11a falling and pushed between the rollers 61 by a telescopic motion of the expansible plate 5a is rolled by both of the rollers 61 to form a noodle strip shape 11b by reverse rotational operations of the rollers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
