PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleaner that has excellent compatibility between water and a base, has excellent foaming and foam quality, has no sliminess when rinsing and no stickiness after washing, and has moderate moist feeling.SOLUTION: The invention provides a skin cleaner containing (A) sucrose fatty acid ester composed of straight chain saturated fatty acid with a carbon number of 12-18, (B) hydroxypropyl starch phosphate, and (C) 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine stearyl methacrylate copolymer, and further containing (D) polyhydric alcohol, (E) fatty acid soap with a carbon number of 12-18, and (F) an anionic surfactant and ampholytic surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
