PURPOSE: A composition for immune boosting including the epitope and oligonucleotide captured in liposome is provided to be used for treating and preventing various immune deficiency-related diseases such as cancers, influenza virus, hepatitis C virus, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) through immune boosting. CONSTITUTION: A composition for immune boosting contains immunostimulant oligonucleotide and epitope captured in liposome including an anionic surfactant and neutral phospholipid as active ingredients. The anionic surfactant is cholesterylhemisuccinate (CHEMS). The neutral phospholipid is selected from the group consisting of phosphatidylcholine, dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl choline (DPPC), 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DSPC), dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC), cholesterol, polyethylene glycolphosphatidyl ethanolamine (PEG-PE), dioleoyl phosphatidyl choline (DOPC), and dioleyl phosphatidyl ethanolamine (DOPE).본 발명은 면역증강용 조성물, 면역원성을 가지는 에피토프, 이들의 스크리닝 방법 및 이들의 제조방법과, 단백질 항원에 대한 항체, 이들의 스크리닝 방법 및 이들의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 면역강화를 통해 암, 인플루엔자 바이러스, C형 간염 바이러스, RSV(repiratory syncytial virus) 같은 다양한 면역-결핍 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
