The device and the method for managing skin using an LED can evenly radiate energy along the surface of the face by recognizing the shape of a body part such as the face through a 3D scanning technology and by partially regulating the quantity of LED light depending on the shape of the face through LED light quantity individual control and local light radiation, that are, local techniques, and can treat other body parts besides the face by radiating energy to a particular area with the aim of wound care, etc. In addition, the device for managing skin by using an LED comprises: a light source unit which has a plurality of LEDs for radiating light to body parts a 3D scanner which collects data on a plurality of points of the shape of the body part through 3D scanning based on individual positions of the plurality of LEDs a value calculation unit which calculates individual light quantities of the plurality of LEDs in order to distribute even light quantity to the collected data on the plurality of points and a control unit which provides a dimming control signal so that the LEDs in the light source unit are able to output the individual light quantities of the plurality of LEDs, that is calculated by the value calculation unit, to the body part for evenly radiating light quantity.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 엘이디를 이용한 피부 관리장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 이의 목적은 3D 스캐닝 기술을 이용하여 얼굴 등 신체 부위의 형상을 인식하고 국부 기술인 LED 광량 개별 제어 및 국부 광 조사을 이용하여 얼굴의 형태에 따라 국부적으로 LED 광량을 조절하여 얼굴 표면을 따라 균일한 에너지를 조사하고, 상처 치료 등의 목적으로 특정 부위만을 조사함으로써 얼굴 외에 다른 신체 부위도 치료 가능하도록 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 엘이디를 이용한 피부 관리장치에 의하면 인체 부위에 광을 조사하는 다수의 LED를 구비한 광원부 상기 다수의 LED의 각 위치를 기초로 하여 3 차원 스캐닝을 통해 상기 인체 부위의 형상에 대한 다수의 점 데이터를 수집하는 3 차원 스캐너 상기 수집된 다수의 점 데이터에 균일한 광량 분포를 위한 상기 다수의 LED의 개별 광량을 각각 산출하는 값 산출부 및 균일한 광량 조사를 위하여 상기 광원부의 LED가 상기 값 산출부로부터의 상기 산출된 다수의 LED의 개별 광량을 상기 인체 부위에 출력하도록 디밍 제어 신호를 상기 광원부으로 제공하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
