According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plant cultivation apparatus using artificial light may include an illumination plate which emits light from the lower side； a cultivation bed that is arranged under the illumination plate and provides a space on which plants are planted； and a plurality of frames that connect the illumination plate and the cultivation bed. Accordingly, the plant cultivation apparatus can reduce flashing of a fluorescent lamp and a decrease in the brightness of an LED caused by the use of a diffusion plate.본 발명에 따른 인조광을 이용한 식물재배장치의 일 실시예는, 하면으로 광을 조사하는 조명판； 상기 조명판 하부에 구비되고, 식물이 식재되는 재배베드； 및 상기 조명판과 재배베드를 연결하는 다수개의 프레임을 포함할 수 있다.이에 따르면, 형광등에서 발생하는 깜박임, LED에서 확산판을 사용함을 인해 발생하는 조도저하 문제를 보완할 수 있다.
