The present invention aims to provide a food dryer which prevents condensation and dewing by allowing the user to adjust the intensity of hot air streams according to the water content of an object being dried. To this end, the food dryer comprises: a heater blower assembly which heats and blows air； a base which has the heater blower assembly mounted in the center, a crown having a certain height formed on the brim, and a drain hole formed on the bottom surface； a drain pan which is removably mounted below the base and collects water being discharged from the drain hole； a tray which has a duct formed in the center and a sidewall having a certain height formed on the brim, at least one of which is stacked vertically on top of the base； a cover which covers the tray and has an air inlet communicating with the duct formed in the center and an air outlet communicating with the tray formed on both sides of the air inlet； and a slide valve which is slidably mounted on the cover and selectively opens/closes the air outlet.본 발명은 피건조물의 수분함량에 따라 사용자가 열풍의 배기량을 임의로 조절 가능하여 김서림 및 물방울 맺힘 현상을 방지할 수 있는 식품건조기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 공기를 가열하여 송풍하는 히터 블로워 어셈블리와, 중앙부에 상기 히터 블로워 어셈블리가 장착되고 테두리에 일정 높이의 운두가 형성되며 바닥면에 물빠짐 구멍이 형성된 베이스와, 상기 베이스의 하부에 탈부착이 가능하게 장착되고 상기 물빠짐 구멍을 통해 배출되는 물을 받아 집수하는 드레인 팬과, 중앙부에 덕트가 형성되고 테두리에 일정 높이의 사이드 월이 형성되며 상기 베이스의 상부에 적어도 하나 이상이 수직으로 다단 적층되는 트레이와, 중앙부에 상기 덕트와 연통되는 공기유입구가 형성되고 상기 공기유입구의 양측에 상기 트레이와 연통되는 공기배출구가 형성되며 상기 트레이를 덮는 커버 및 상기 커버에 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되고 상기 공기배출구를 선택적으로 개폐하는 슬라이드 밸브를 포함하는 식품건조기를 개시한다.
