PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an anatomical chart suitable for a site photographed in a medical image.SOLUTION: In an image server, the medical image DB, the anatomical chart DB and an attribute information DB are formed. In the attribute information DB, the site drawn in each anatomical chart is recorded in respose to an attribute of the respective anatomical chart. When a CPU of the image server receives requirement for forwarding of the anatomical chart, it searches the medical image DB and reads out the medical image, in which a file name included in the requirement for forwarding coincides with a file name recorded as a metadata in a tag region, from the medical image DB. The CPU which read out the medical image inputs the medical image to a site-recognizing part to have the photographed site recognized. The CPU having the site recognized selects the anatomical chart in which the site recognized by the site-recognizing part coincides with the site recorded by the attribute information DB, as the anatomical chart best suited for the medical image.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】医用画像に撮影された部位に適した解剖図を選択する。【解決手段】画像サーバには、医用画像DBと解剖図DBと属性情報DBとが構築されている。属性情報DBには、各解剖図に描かれた部位が各解剖図の属性として対応付けられて記録されている。画像サーバのCPUは、解剖図の転送要求を受信すると、医用画像DBを検索し、転送要求に含まれるファイル名とタグ領域にメタデータとして記録されたファイル名とが一致する医用画像を、医用画像DBから読み出す。医用画像を読み出したCPUは、その医用画像を部位認識部に入力し、撮影された部位を認識させる。部位を認識させたCPUは、部位認識部が認識した部位と、属性情報DBに記録された部位とが一致する解剖図を、医用画像に最も適した解剖図として選択する。【選択図】図4
