PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a purified high-concentration Mo solution for pharmaceutical preparation in which the mixture of 99Tc is reduced to prevent the emission of γ rays that may disturb image diagnosis, by removing and separating 99Tc after a dissolving operation.SOLUTION: A high-concentration solution is prepared by dissolving 99Mo and before performing a separating operation of 99mTc for pharmaceutical preparation, purification treatment is performed by removing 99Tc and 99mTc in the high-concentration solution by at least once dipping the high-concentration Mo solution through a purification column comprised of an activated carbon layer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】溶解操作後に99Tcを除去及び分離を行って画像診断の妨げとなる、γ線の出ない99Tcの混入を少なくした製剤用の精製高濃度Mo溶液を作製する。【解決手段】99Mo溶解して高濃度溶液を作製し、製剤用の99mTcの分離操作を行う前に、少なくとも1度当該高濃度Mo溶液を活性炭層からなる精製カラムに通液することによって、当該高濃度Mo溶液中の99Tc及び99mTcを除去して精製処理する。【選択図】図3
