PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can stably produce substantially straight noodles without significant longitudinal waves even in a mass production line.SOLUTION: The method is provided for producing noodles by cutting a noodle strip into noodle shape using a rotary cutting device including at least a pair of cutting edge rolls, scraping members, and an air current supply means including a plurality of air current supply members.
