PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small animals and insects not approach a moving body during and after charge of a battery mounted in the moving body.SOLUTION: A sound wave generation control part 27 of a sound wave generation control system 11 mounted on an electric vehicle 1 starts generation of extermination sound from sound wave generation parts 29a and 29b when start of charge of a battery 12 is detected by a charge detection part 23 and stops generation of extermination sound from the sound wave generation parts 29a and 29b when the detection temperature by a temperature detection apparatus 21 reaches a specific value or less after detection of stop of charge of the battery 12 by a charge detection part 23 or when a regulation time is passed.
