PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive out small animals and insects from the inside and the circumference of a moving body before start of the moving body.SOLUTION: A sound wave generation control part 23 of a sound wave generation control system 11 mounted on an electric vehicle 1 starts generation of extermination sound from sound wave generation parts 25a and 25b when the start of the electric vehicle 1 is detected by a start detection part 21 and stops generation of extermination sound from the sound wave generation parts 25 when a regulation time is passed from the detection of the start of the electric vehicle 1 or when the start of the electric vehicle 1 is detected by a start detection part 22.
