PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder circulation device capable of crushing an aggregate and spraying it, even when powder is aggregated inside a device such as a handpiece.SOLUTION: A powder circulation device 0200 includes: a powder inflow port 0201 a circulation pipe 0202 through which powder 0203 having flowed in from the powder inflow port is circulated at a high speed and division parts 0205, 0206 provided in the middle and/or on a terminal of the circulation pipe, for dividing the circulation pipe in order to crush an aggregate aggregated while the powder is circulated at the high speed through the circulation pipe.
