PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage tool for used medical instrument capable of stably treating a medical instrument after used for surgery, and managing the same.SOLUTION: A storage tool comprises: a support body (101) formed of a bottom member (101a) and a lid member (101b). On a surface of a bottom member of the support body, there is provided a laminate in which, a first adhesive layer (102), a sponge layer (103), a second adhesive layer (104), a nonwoven fabric layer (105), a third adhesive layer (106) on which a used medical instrument is mounted, and a first release sheet layer (107) are arranged in this order, and the lid member (101b) is provided on the first release sheet layer (107) which is a top layer of the laminate. The support body (101) is formed into a rectangular form formed of the bottom member and lid member which have a same shape and size. There is provided a fold which is provided to be folded into half between the bottom member and lid member.
