The nasal support device (110, 34, 40) further includes a peelable backing (46) that covers the adhesive (44, 66) and includes at least one peelable backing (46) piece that is divided into a first section and a second section by a pre-defined fold location (206, 86). The pre-defined fold location (206, 86) is configured such that the first and second sections of the peelable backing (46) piece remain coupled together at the pre-defined fold location (206, 86) after folding at the pre-defined fold location (206, 86).
