The new type of adjustable neck protector is composed of a lower neck ring, a second supporting unit, a chin supporting unit and a two angle adjusting module, wherein the angle adjusting module is composed of a first driving unit, a second driving unit and a check unit.Before the user wants to adjust the angle of the chin support unit (also known as the upper neck sleeve), he must first release the back rotation lock of the check unit to the first transmission unit, and then he can complete the angle adjustment of the upper neck sleeve by turning the knob.In particular, in the mechanism design of the new type, the first driving unit is used to drive the second driving unit to operate, so as to achieve the purpose of raising / lowering the angle of the chin support unit. Therefore, the whole process of raising / lowering the chin support unit is very stable, and the raising / lowering angle can also be fine adjusted.In addition, the modules, units, components and other objects used in the new type of adjustable neck protector are all made of plastic； that is, the adjustable neck protector of the new type does not contain any metal screws and springs, so it can be penetrated by X-ray.本新型提出由一下頸圈、二支撐單元、一下巴支撐單元、以及二角度調整模組所構成的一種可調式頸部護具；其中，該角度調整模組係由一第一傳動單元、一第二傳動單元、與一止逆單元所組成。使用者欲對該下巴支撐單元(亦稱為上頸套)進行角度調整作業之前，必須先解除止逆單元對於第一傳動單元的旋退鎖定，然後便可透過轉動旋鈕的方式，進以完成該上頸套的角度調整作業。特別地，於本新型的機構設計中，係利用第一傳動單元帶動第二傳動單元作動的方式，達到升/降該下巴支撐單元角度之目的，因此，整個升/降該下巴支撐單元的過程非常平穩，同時也可以微調升/降角度。除此之外，本新型所使用的用以組成可調式頸部護具的模組、單元、部件等物件，其皆由塑膠製成；亦即，本新型之可調式頸部護具不包含任何金屬螺絲與彈簧，是以能夠被X光所穿透。
