PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a skin-beautifying composition that can be used for a skin without anxiety by extracting skin-beautifying extracts effective for the skin from useful plants and animals and blending them.SOLUTION: A skin-beautifying composition with extracts from meat of an oyster is produced by the following steps: producing liquid of oyster meat, dried oyster meat and powder of oyster meat from meat of the raw oyster from which viscera organ is removed blending one of the liquid of oyster meat, the dried oyster meat and the powder of oyster meat with one selected from water and natural fat and going through a series of manufacturing processes of heating, dissolving, agitating, pulverizing, cooling, and filling.
