PURPOSE: A small hay pellet manufacturing apparatus is provided to facilitate manufacturing of a hay pellet directly by stock farmers and to increase the utilization of forage crops wherein the cultivation of the crops is increased for stock feed. CONSTITUTION: A small hay pellet manufacturing apparatus(1) comprises a hay cutting device(10)； a collecting device(20) which collects cut hay； a transfer device(30) which transfers the collected hay； and a molding device(40) which molds the transferred hay into a hay pellet with a pellet shape.
