To provide a medical image processor capable of grasping an effect of detention of a medical device to a blood stream.SOLUTION: A medical image processor 300 comprises an acquisition part, an extraction part, a calculation part, and an output control part. The acquisition part acquires medical image data including a blood stream region in which blood flows. The extraction part extracts a shape of the medical device retained in the blood stream region. The calculation part calculates an index value indicating degree of permeation of the blood, based on a shape when the medical device is retained, about the medical device retained in the blood flow region.
