The screw cap (1) is provided with a screw base (12) and a lengthened sleeve (19). The screw base (12) and the lengthened sleeve (19) are integrated as a whole. A wedged groove (111) is formed between the screw base (12) and the lengthened sleeve (19) to allow intraoperative breakage. Two sides of the screw cap (1) are provided with elongated slots (110). Each elongated slot (110) consists of a lifting reset slot (1101), a tool breaking slot (1103), and a broken tool insertion slot (1102).
