When the abundance ratio of the silicon in the silicon oxide film under a Qenvironment is defined as Qand that of the silicon in the silicon oxide film under a Qenvironment is defined as Q, (Q+Q)&ge0.6 and Q/(Q+Q)&ge0.5 are satisfied.
