The useful model refers to medicine for the division of neurology and neuropsychology and can be used in neurorehabilitation departments of neurological and neurosurgical clinics in conducting studies on the development of impaired hand movements in patients with a neurological clinic with various organic lesions of the brain. The device contains a plastic handle made of plastic (1) with a diameter of 25-35 mm and a length of 100-150 mm, inside which is built a hollow base tube (2) made of transparent plastic with an outer diameter of 15-20 mm and a wall thickness of 3-4 mm , at the ends of which, by means of a threaded connection, two adapters (3) made of transparent plastic are fixed, having inside a circular L-shaped channel, with each of the adapters (3) fixed by means of a threaded connection, two hollow tube-links (5) having a length of 80-120 mm, made of transparent plastic, the outer diameter and wall thickness of which are equal to the outer diameter and wall thickness of the base tube (2) , the rigid connection of the base tube (1) and the tube-links (5) to the adapters (3) is carried out by means of plastic cuffs (4) of 5-8 mm in height, and a chain of adapters (3) and tube-links 5), fixed by means of locknuts (4) in a similar sequence (5), two plugs (6) made of transparent plastic are fixed by means of a threaded connection, and inside the chain of the tube-links (5) connected in series with the adapters (3) are placed the ball (7), the diameter of which is 2-3 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the tube-links (5), with a metal rod (9), 5-6 mm in diameter, mounted on the central part of the longitudinal handle (1), on which an additional handle is fixed by means of a threaded connection (8 ), and on the longitudinal and additional handle are fixed straps (9), which ensure the fixation of the device in the patients hand. Thus, the proposed useful model allows to provide patients with a large volume of various tasks for developing impaired hand movement
