PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating applicator and an aerosol product using the same capable of attaining a high massage effect and further capable of performing an effective coating at a desired location without dispersing aerosol composition of the aerosol product around the applicator. SOLUTION: There is provided a coating applicator 2 for coating aerosol composition of aerosol product to an item to be coated, wherein the applicator 2 is comprised of a main body 4 having an injection passage therein and formed with an injection port at its outer surface and a plurality of small balls 6 rotatably arranged at the outer surface of the main body. The aerosol composition fed to the injection passage and injected from the injection port can coat at least a part of the outer surface of the main body while rotating the small balls 6 at the surface of the item. There is also provided an aerosol product using the coating applicator.
