The inlet of ferment tank carries water into body of ferment tank. Water is a medium for oscillator of ferment tank to decompose internal tissue of unfermented leaves and subsequently discharge water from outlet. After discharging water from outlet, the vacuum machine will make a vacuum condition for leaves to ferment in anaerobic state. After anaerobic fermentation, intake apparatus will start and fill oxygen into body of ferment tank, and then drum will be driven by motor. The two steps, anaerobic fermentation and rolling with oxygen, work repeatedly.
