PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbar belt facilitating a fastening operation despite a compact lumbar belt having short-length tip ends and being quickly and firmly worn around the lumbar.SOLUTION: This lumbar belt 1 includes: a wide-width central part 2 being wound around the lumbar region and the buttocks the tip ends 3A and 3B in the tip end side extending from the wide-width central part 2 towards the left/right slits 8 penetrating through the tip ends 3A and 3B one hook-and-loop fasteners 5a and 5B in the side of the wide-width central part 2 and the other hook-and-loop fasteners (non-stretchable parts) 6A and 6B in the side of the tip ends 3A and 3B. One tip end 3A of the left/right tip ends is inserted into a slit 8 from the inside and pulled out to the outside, and the tip end 3A is fastened to the wide-width central part 2 via the hook-and-loop fastener (non-stretchable part) 5A in the belly side front face.
