PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore the functions of various types of muscles involved in a swallowing motion of a masticatory material, relating to a disorder around the throat such as a dysphagia.SOLUTION: On the inner side of a belt 1 to be brought into contact with the throat of a human body, belt-like electrodes 2 and 20 being directors are provided along the longer direction of the belt 1, and the male 10 of a hook-and-loop fastener and the female 11 of the hook-and-loop fastener are provided on both of the ends of the belt 1 to place the belt 1 around the throat.
