PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face mask and a face mask apparatus, which are capable of applying electrodes to appropriate positions on the face of a user and improving the aesthetic and treatment effects.SOLUTION: The face mask 2 is for applying electric signals output from an electric signal output device 3 to the face of the user. The face mask 2 includes a mask body part 13 to cover the face, and attached parts 22 provided at the mask body part 13 to which electrodes 4 connected to the electric signal output device 3 are attached.
