PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach an information providing device such as an identification tag, a lost tag, a tag, etc. to a person, an animal, or an article and provide appropriate information to the person who sees it. Since there is a limit to the information that can be entered in the conventional Self-Defense Forces identification tags such as dog tags, domestic dogs, and lost cats, there is a problem of wanting to retain a large amount of information. Further, it has been required that the important information that should not be disclosed to everyone can be retained in a form that cannot be easily read, and that it is difficult to tamper with and that it does not depend on the IT system. SOLUTION: Character information and image information are photographed on a negative film or a positive film, which is a film capable of photographing and holding information such as photographic film and microfilm, and can be used alone as an information recognition tool, or information such as a dog tag. It is used by incorporating it in the equipment provided.
