PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost microplasma electrode that can efficiently capture finer dust and has a bactericidal effect.SOLUTION: Supporting particles P that support metal microparticles in small holes h for porous particles are knead into a sheath material Y to form a complex filament, and the complex filament is drawn to expose the supporting particles to the surface of the sheath material. The complex filament with the supporting particles exposed to the surface of the sheath material is formed as fabric or nonwoven fabric into an insulation sheet 30.
