PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise support device capable of appropriately supporting exercise of a user.SOLUTION: An exercise support device includes: an oxygen concentration in blood measurement section (a biological information detection section and an oxygen concentration in blood calculation section 266) measuring oxygen concentration in blood of a user； and a breathing instruction section 270 giving instructions for a predetermined breathing method to the user when the oxygen concentration in blood is of a first threshold value or less.
